摘    要:陶瓷电容因其体积小、等效串联电阻小和具有较大的RMS电流而常被人们采用。然而,实际应用中的电压阶跃在陶瓷电容上可能产生较大的涌涌电流。并在电流电感中贮藏能量。当贮能从电感中转移到陶瓷电容时就会产生较大的峰值电压,其值往往可达到输入电压阶段跃值的两倍。

Abstract:Ceramic capacitors are often chosen because of their small size, low equivalent series resistance (ESR)and high RMS current capability. However, Applying a voltage step to a ceramic capacitor causes a large current surge that stores energy. In the inductances of the power leads. A large voltage spike is created when the stored energy is transferred from these inductances into the ceramic capacitor. These voltage spikes can easily be twice the amplitude of the input voltage step.
