| Abstract: | In this paper, we consider the Ratio-dependent predator-prey system with harvesting and time delay. The existence of positive periodic solution is proved, and by constructing appropriate Lyapunov function, sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the global stability of positive periodic solution. |
