三峡工程成套设备研究

“九五”期间，三峡工程水轮发电机组、部分输变电设备、部分专用施工机械等成套设备处于采用引起技术、消化吸收和实现国产化的关键阶段；永久船闸、升船机的水工机械及大型金属结构等主要立足于国内进行科技攻关解决关键技术问题进并进行研制．因此，“九五”期间进行以上项目的科技攻关，重点解决关键技术问题，结合技术引起，消化吸收并大胆创新，为我所用，对三峡工程达到一流技术、一流质量、一流施工和对实现我国水电制造业和输变电制造业技术进步及其加速实现国产化都具有重大意义．

Research on Complete Devices of China Three Gorges Project

The Three Gorges Project(TGP) is composed of main engineerings, power transformation and transmission facilities and resettlements engineerings. It has comprehensive utilization of water resources economical benefits of flood control, electricity generation and navigation etc. . During the period of China's Ninth Five-Year Plan, the turbine generation units, parts of power transformation and transimission faciliteies, parts of special machinery sets for construction etc. of complete devices of TGP on the key stage of adopting recommended international advanced technique, absorbing them and making their manu-factring localization. The hydraulic machinery services and the large scale steeling structures of the permanent shiplock and the shiplift of TGP were based on the home technical teams to solve the key technical problems in the process of developing and manufacturing through the key project program. During the stage of China s Ninth Five-Year Plan, the scientific and technical research on technique for the complete devices of TGP were carried out. The main aim is to solve the key technical problems, cobined importing and absorbing the international advanced technique, the creating research works on the above programs were performed. It is most improtant significance to archive first-rate techniques, first-rate engineering quality and first-rate construction of TGP. And the same as for the technical progresses of the hydropow-er manufacture and power transformation and transmission maufacture in China and performing them home manufactured.
