Proteins of the seeds of Ricinus communis. IV. Amino acid sequence of the alanine subunit of ricin T from the seeds of Central Asian caster oil plant. Peptides from limited tryptic hydrolysis

To establish the primary structure of the CM-alanine subunit of ricin T, its limited tryptic hydrolysis has been performed. With the aid of Aminex Q-150S, followed by high-voltage paper electrophoresis, 14 peptides, amounting in total to 256 amino acid residues, have been isolated.
