摘    要:在硼酸缓冲溶液(pH6.7)中性介质中,O2和H2O2均对鲁米诺的电化学发光(ECL)有敏化作用,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对此敏化的电化学发光具有淬灭作用,SOD的浓度与两种发光体系的ECL光强成线性关系,可用于SOD的测定,为SOD的测定提供了一种灵敏、可靠的测定方法。

Abstract:It was found that the sensitized luminol electrochemiluminescence(ECL) formed through the reaction of dissolved oxygen or hydrogen peroxide with luminol at a boric acid buffer solution of pH 6.7,could be quenched by SOD.A sensitive and reliable method based on the above phenomenon was thus established for the determination of SOD.The sensitized ECL intensity has a linear relationship with the SOD concentration in the range of 0.24-9.6 IU/mL for luminol-O_2 system,and in the range of 0.024-1.8 IU/mL for luminol-H_2O_2 system.The mechanism of the quenching effect of SOD on the sensitized luminol ECL was also studied.
