| 摘 要： | 以原子荧光光谱法（AFS）测定青海省海东富硒地区土壤中硒的含量.方法的回收率在97.9％-99.7％之间,相对标准偏差为1.03％-1.72％之间（n=7）.实验证明,建立的方法简单快速,精密度高,满足对土壤中硒的检测要求.

| Abstract: | Selenium in soil collected from Haidong region of QingHai Province was determined by AFS. The experimental results show thai the recovery .（n= 7） is 97. 9%--99. 7% ,and the RSD （n=7） is 1. 03%--1. 72%. Experiments show that the established method is simple, fast, high precision to meet the requirements of determination of selenium in the soil. |
