摘    要:悬浮液进样-原子荧光光谱法能快速、准确地测定样品中的微量元素,应用于测定蕨麻中的微量Se,对试验条件、悬浮剂的选择进行了优化.测定Se的精密度(RSD)为1.84%、检出限为0.01μg/mL.加标回收率在98.0%%-103.0%之间.

Abstract:Trace amounts of Se in JueMa was determinated by suspension sampling-atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry. The choices of test conditions and suspension agent were studied. The results showed that the precision (RSD) was 1. 84% the limit of detection was 0. 01μg. The Recoveries rate is rang of 98.0%--103.0%.
