火焰原子吸收光谱法测定韭莲中的微量元素

摘    要:采用硝酸-高氯酸体系消解韭莲鳞茎样品,并用火焰原子吸收光谱法对样品中Mn、Cu、Ca、Fe、Cr、Pb等元素的含量进行了测定.结果显示,韭莲鳞茎中含有丰富的微量元素,但重金属元素Pb未检出.该方法快速、准确,精密度高.该结果可为进一步研究韭莲的相关药理作用提供参考依据.

Abstract:The samples of Zephyranthes grandiflora was digested by HNO3-HClO4, and the contents of Mn,Ca,Fe,Cu,Cr and Pb were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.
