摘    要:以1-茚酮为原料,经盐酸羟胺缩合得到1-茚酮肟,通过溴丙炔取代等得到产物.重点考察了溴丙炔取代的反应温度、反应时间、催化剂.该方法操作简单、成本低、目标产物收率较高,适合于工业化生产.

Abstract:(Z)-2, 3-dihydroind-en-l-one ON-prop- 2-ynyloxyme was synthesized from 1-indanone and hydroxylamine hydrochloride by condensation, alklation with bromopropyne, The substituted reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst was investigated. The method is simple, lower cost and a higher yield of the target product,suitable for industrial production.
