浊点萃取-紫外光谱法分离分析8-甲基喹啉

摘    要:将浊点萃取法与分光光度法联用,用于水中8-甲基喹啉的分离分析.探讨了影响浊点萃取效率的因素,包括pH、表面活性剂用量、加热时间及温度等.在最佳萃取条件下,利用浊点萃取法分离分析水中8-甲基喹啉的萃取效率可以达到85%以上.该方法用于水样中8-甲基喹啉的测定,结果满意.

Abstract:8-methylquinoline was separated and analyzed by cloud point extraction-UV spectrophotometry. The chemical variables affecting CPE were evaluated such as pH concentration of reagent equilibrium temperaturen and developing time. Under the optimum conditions,its extraction efficiency can reach more than 85%. This method was applied to determination of 8-methylquinoline in environmental water with satisfacrory result.
