摘    要:采用可见分光光度法研究了固绿FCF与利福平的显色反应.实验表明,在水溶液中,在pH6.6-7.5的条件下,固绿FCF与利福平在室温下即可形成稳定的络合物,最大褪色波长λmax=655nm,表观摩尔吸光系数(ε)为2.44×105L/(mol·cm),线性范围是0-0.82mg/L,线性回归方程为A=0.00228-0.2997ρ,r=-0.9985,相对标准偏差为1.0%-1.2%(n=6),方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏.

Abstract:The color reaction between fast green FCF and rifampicin has been studied by visible spectrophotometry. The results indicated that the stable complex can be quickly formed based on the fading reaction between rifampicin with fast green FCF in pH6. 6--7. 5 aqueous solution at room temperature. The complex has strong negative absorbance at 655nm. The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 2.44×10^5L/(mol ·cm) and the linear range is 0--0.82 mg/L. The linear recursive equation was A=0. 00228--0. 2997p,r=0. 9985, RSD is 1.0%--1.2;(n=6). This method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive.
