摘    要:介绍了一种在线过滤,浓缩和紫外光谱测定地表水中痕量苯胺的技术.试验结果显示,Aquapod SPE 250测定实际地表水样中苯胺的方法检出限和定量限分别为0.23μg/L和0.75μg/L;配备9个1.9898.9 μg/L不同浓度苯胺标准溶液分别平行测定6次,计算得到测定均值与理论值的相对偏差范围在-12.20%和3.49%之间,相对标准偏差为1.72%-5.26%,且测定均值与理论值的线性关系较好(R2=0.9990,p<0.001),表明该技术用于苯胺的在线监测,准确度和精密度较好,满足在线监测预警的需要.

Abstract:A technology of on-line filtration,concentration and determination of trace aniline by UV in surface water was introduced. Results showed that the limit of detection and the limit of quantification of Aquapod SPE 250 for aniline monitoring were 0. 23μg/L and 0. 75μg/L, respectively. Standard solutions of 9 concentration levels from 1.98μg/L to 98.9 μg/L were prepared and detected 6 times for each level. The detection results showed that the range of relative deviation between the determination of average values and the theoretical values were --12.2 %--3.49%;the relative standard deviation were 1. 72%--5. 26%, and the determination of average values were significantly correlated with the theoretical values,with R3=0. 9990,p〈0. 001,suggesting the new technology had good accuracy and precision, and was suitable used for the on-line monitoring and prewarning of aniline.
