| 摘 要： | 建立了液相色谱串联质谱法测定保健食品中苯巴比妥、艾司唑仑、地西泮等13种镇静催眠类药物的方法,优化了样品前处理方法及液相色谱串联质谱测定条件.采用甲醇为提取溶剂,超声处理,液相色谱串联质谱检测.结果表明：本方法测定13种镇静催眠类药物的线性范围均为0.04-5.0μg/mL,检出限在1.0-10.0mg/kg之间,3个水平的加标回收率在82.5％-96.9％％之间.

| Abstract: | A comprehensive analytical method v~as developed for the determination of 13 sedative-hypnotics in healthy food, such as phenobarbital, estazolamum, diazepam, and etc. The samples were extracted with methanol under ultrasonic field, and analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS. The results showed that the sedative-hypnotics shown good linear relationship over the concentration range from 0. 04--5. 0μg/mL,the limit of detection was in 1.0--10.0mg/kg,and the average recovery were between 82.5%--96.9%. |
