| 摘 要： | 报道以ＣｕＳＯ４作沉淀剂，ＤＤＴＣ（二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠，铜试剂）为滴定剂，ＮａＡｃ为极谱底液，采用交流示波极谱滴定法测定呋喃苯胺酸，乙酰唑胺二种磺酰胺类药物制剂的含量，该法快速，简便，终点直观回收率实验获得满意结果。

| Abstract: | This repoart presents an analytical method for the determination of furosemide and acetazolamide by oscillopolarography with CuSO 4 as precipitant, DDTC as titrant and NaAc as supporting electrolyte.The advantages of this method are the high speed,accuracy,objective,determination of end point.The results show that the method can meet the requirement for routine analysis of sulfanamides class. |
