| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察 Bi PAP呼吸机治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法 :18例支气管哮喘患者 ,经常规治疗无效 ,给予 Bi PAP呼吸机通气治疗 ,观察动脉血气变化。结果 :Bi PAP持续通气 72小时后 ,患者动脉血 Pa O2 明显上升 ,Pa CO2 下降。结论 :Bi PAP呼吸机对支气管哮喘疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of BiPAP(Bi-level positive airway pressure) mechanical ventilation in the treatment for patients with asthma. Methods: 18 cases of asthma who showed no response to general method were treated with BiPAP mechanical ventilation and the changes of arterial blood PH, CO 2 partial pressure (PaCO 2) and O 2 partial pressure (PaO 2) were observed.Results: After 72h BiPAP mechanical ventilation, O 2 partial pressure of the patients moved up remarkably and CO 2 partial pressure fell down. Conclusion: BiPAP mechanical ventilation is an effective method in the treatment of asthma. |
