| 摘 要： | 合成了6种含有氮芥结构及膦酰甲基取代基的磷酰二胺。其结构经~1H NMR、MS和元素分析确定,讨论了它们的性质,并对部分化合物的抗癌活性进行了初步试验。

| Abstract: | A number of compounds with the formula (C1CH2CH2)2NP (O) NR21 (OCHRP (O)OR22) have been synthesized. Their 1H NMR spectra and some other properties are discussed. The antitumor properties of these compounds are being tested. It is found that some of them have positive results. |
