摘    要:基于单片机技术,研制了S波段收发组件功率检测系统。分析了系统的工作原理和结构组成。详细设计了微波检波器电路和数据处理程序。经过实际应用验证,检测系统不仅简化了硬件设计,提高了可靠性和电磁兼容性,而且满足了多组件正常工作时的功率监测要求,具有很好的实用价值。

Abstract:S-band T/R modules power detector system based on single-chip microcomputer technology has been developed. The operate principle and constitution structure are analyzed, microwave detector and data processing program of this device are designed in detail. Experiments have proved that the detection system is not only simplified the hardware, high reliability and EMC, but also meet the requirements of the more modules detection on-line.
