| Abstract: | Polarized room temperature Raman spectra of glassy As2SxSe3-x for 0≦×≦3 have been measured. Spectra for crystalline As2S1Se2 are reported. The polarization and intensity dependence upon composition are consistent with mixed pyramids of composition As2SnSe3-n and preclude phase separation in the glassy system. |
