My Opinion on Creating the Learning-type Organization in Modern Educational & Technical Center in University

This paper introduces the basic theories of the learning-type organization, analyzes on the necessity of creating the learning-type organization in modern educational & technical center in university, and points out some ideological cognition problems existing in creating the learning-type organization, and advances some suggestions on how to create the learning-type organization.
