柱面光栅角度分度系统精密轴系的设计

摘    要:设计分析了柱面光栅精密角度分度系统中的主轴轴系,阐述了角度分度系统中双轴轴系的设计原理及结构组成,给出了相应的双轴零位对准方法及主轴角度分度测量方法。轴系经安装调试后,得到了当主轴转动一个周期时柱面光栅角度分度实验数据输出曲线。实验结果表明,该轴系达到了所要求的测角精度和分辨率。

Abstract:The design principle and structure constitute of precision spindles with cylinder gating angle graduator are de- scribed.Principal spindle shafting with precision angle graduating system is designed and analyzed.Demarcate countershaft and angle graduating of principal spindle shafting measurement methods are given.After installation and adjusting of spindle shaft- ing,experimental data output curve of cylinder grating angle graduating for principal spindle revolving is given.Experimental results express that this spindle shafting is up to the demands of measuring angle precision and resolving power.
