完全学分制下高校“PDCA”教学管理机制论略

摘    要:以完全学分制为主的弹性教学管理制度是当今世界高等教育教学改革的基本趋势.文章从完全学制的概念及内涵入手,分析了完全学分制下高等院校教学管理工作的特点,将PDCA循环运行机制引入学校教学管理,探讨了完全学分制下的PDCA教学管理机制及相关的标准化与规范化建设.

Abstract:The flexibility to complete credit system-based education management system is the world's basic trend of higher education reform.This paper describes the necessity of implementing the complete credit system for higher education.The concept and meaning of the complete credit system are discussed.The characteristics of the complete credit system with PDCA management mechanism have been analyzed The standardized PDCA management mechanism for complete credit system is constructed.
