摘    要:为研究Q开关激光去除纹身在细胞水平上的生物作用机制,以新西兰白兔针刺法建立黑色、红色、绿色和蓝色的纹身动物模型,经不同激光不同参数设置治疗,治疗后在不同时间进行病理电镜观察.结果发现(1)激光治疗后即刻含色素的细胞可见巨大空泡,色素散至空泡边缘,激光治疗后一周、一月呈慢性炎症反应.(2)组织学变化随能量密度的增加而明显.(3)Q开关NdYAG激光治疗黑色纹身、Q开关倍频NdYAG激光治疗红色纹身、Q开关紫翠宝石激光治疗绿色纹身效果较好.结论纹身色素的去除是一个极其复杂的过程,至少包括治疗后即刻的光热效应(photothermal effect),光化学效应(photochemical effect),光声学效应(photoacoustic

Abstract:To investigate the biomechanics of the removal of tattoo particles, tattoos applied to hairless New Zealand rabbits and treated with three different lasers were evaluated histologically and ultrastructurally at different time. Results: Biopsies taken immediately after treatment showed large vacuolation, while 1 week and 1 month after laser treatment showed moderate chronic inflammatory infiltrate in the dermis. The Nd:YAG laser was most effective for removing black pigment, the Alexandrite laser was most effective for removing green pigment, the frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser was most effective for removing red pigment, and the response related to fluence. Conclusions: Our study shows the removal of tattoo is a very complex process at least including the photothermal effect, photochemical effect, photoacoustic effect immediately after treatment and subsequent phagocytosis and repair.
