| Abstract: | A phase‐field‐like approach is introduced into the commercial general‐purpose program FIDAPTM to calculate the melt‐crystal interface for a quasi‐stationary approach of the Czochralski growth. Temperature and flow field are solved using the segregated solver of the FIDAPTM software. |
