基于实例推理技术的个性电子产品设计研究

摘    要:为提高企业满足小批量定制的个性化电子设计需求,快速、高质、低成本地进行产品开发,将实例推理技术(CBR)引入其中,通过分析历史设计实例与当前新产品设计要求间的相似度,提取最相似实例,并采用基于知识的优化技术实现方案优化,使之适合当前设计要求。该方法集成企业多年积累的成功设计实例、设计经验和设计知识,提高了产品设计的智能性和实用性,这是人工智能CAD技术在电子产品制造中的新发展。

Abstract:In order to meet the demand that an enterprise design a few of individual electronic products, and develop new products rapidly with high quality and low cost, we adopt the CBR(Case-based reasoning) technology, which picks the most similar case from original cases by analyzing the similarity between the historical design cases and the new product, and optimizes the design scheme with knowledge-based optimizing technology to make it suit for the current design requirement. This method integrates many successful design cases, experiments and knowledge of an enterprise for years, and makes the design more intellectual and practical. This is the new development of AI CAD in electronic production.
