木聚糖酶的研究进展

摘    要:木聚糖是半纤维素的一种重要组成成分,广泛存在于各种植物资源中;木聚糖酶是降解木聚糖为木寡糖和木糖的水解酶.产木聚糖酶微生物主要有细菌、放线菌,真菌等.木聚糖酶相对分子质量一般在8-145ku,具有双功能性和多样性.木聚糖酶的功能结构域主要有催化结构域和纤维素结合结构域,其酶活受金属离子、糖苷键等的影响.目前,已有上百种木聚糖酶基因被克隆表达.木聚糖酶的应用极其广泛,可用于造纸、饲料、食品、医药等行业.

Abstract:Xylan is one of important components of hemicelluloses,which widely exists in various plant resource.Xylanase can hydrolyze xylan into xylooligosaccharides and D-xylose,which is widely distributed in various kinds of organisms,such as bacteria,actinomycetes,and fungi.The molecular weight of xylanase is often between 8 and 145ku,and has double functions and diversity.Functional domain mainly contains catalytic domain and cellulose binding domain.Xylanase activity is affected by metal ions and glucosidic bond...
