摘    要:合成了Ce3+、Eu3+、Tb3+激活的LiMAlF6(M=Ca,Sr)磷光体,研究了它们的光谱特性.观察到稀土离子在LiCaAlF6和LiSrAlF6中的光谱十分相似.这与它们所处的晶场环境相同有关.发现Ce3+在此基质中有较弱的330nm发射,这一Ce3+的发光中心可用于作为材料质量的评价.

Abstract:By high temperature solid state reaction, LiMAlF6(M=Ca,Sr) was synthesized. The luminescence properties of Ce3+, Eu3+, Tb3+ were investigated. It was found that the spectra of Ce3+, Eu3+, Tb3+ in LiCaAlF6 are similar to that in LiSrAlF6, which is due to similar surroundings of host. It was also found that there exists weak peak of Ce3+ at 330nm in LiMAlF6:Ce. This peak can be used to evaluate the quality of material.
