新型双腙基喹唑啉类衍生物的合成及其抑菌活性

摘    要:以邻氨基苯甲酸为起始原料,设计并合成了17个新型的双腙基喹唑啉类衍生物,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征.初步生物活性测试结果表明,部分化合物对小麦赤霉菌、辣椒枯萎菌和苹果腐烂菌有一定的抑制活性.

Abstract:Seventeen novel dihydrazonylquinazoline derivatives were designed and synthesized using o-aminobenzoic acid as the starting material.Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis.Preliminary bioassay indicated that some compounds exhibited certain fungicidal activities against the Gibberella zeae,Fusarium oxysporum and Cytospora mandshurica.
