| 摘 要： | 本法采用深亚铜试剂作为络合剂,与铜(I)形成络合阳离子后,用四苯硼阴离子缔合沉淀之。将络离子缔合物吸滤在滤纸上,后者直接置于721型分光光度计中,用双波长吸光度差值法定量。操作简单、快速,选择性好,灵敏度高;对于0.2μg的铜变动系数为1.5%,以取样体积为5ml计,最小检出浓度有3×10~(-9)g/ml。
