摘    要:研究了泡沫铝填充的方形铝管的准静态三点弯曲行为.实验表明:泡沫铝填充有效地改变了铝管的局部崩毁变形模式;界面粘接提高了填充结构的抗弯刚度,但使结构易在较小转角下发生破坏.最后,基于实验提出了一个分析填充结构弯曲崩塌行为的理论方法,在小转角下给出了与实验相当吻合的结果.

Abstract:The quasi-static three-point bending behavior of square aluminum extrusions with aluminum foam filler is studied. Main parameters concerned are the extrusion wall thickness and the foam density. Experimental results show that the foam filler change the local deformation pattern substantially. Moreover, the presence of adhesive improves bending resistance, meanwhile it results in an early failure of the extrusions at a small bending rotation angle. Finally, a theoretical method is developed which considers the interaction between the thin-walled tube and filled foam. Good agreement between theoretical predictions and experimental results at small bending rotation angles is obtained.
