摘    要:为了提高成像质量和达到高速实时成像,在生物组织OCT成像系统结构上采用了一种特殊镀膜分束器,在分束器中心直径1mm的正反面圆内镀上增透膜,使其透射率达到99%以上,而在该分束器背面的1mm圆外镀上高反射介质膜,使其反射率近似达到100%,这样成倍增强了样品的入射光强,并将背向散射光因分束器反射的损耗减少到最低程度;同时在成像重建算法上采用了速度更快的2帧相移算法,并对样品进行了实验.实验结果表明,图像对比度高,重建的速度提高了4倍,有效探测深度可以达到全量程.

Abstract:In order to enhance imaging quality and speed,a special coating beam splitter is adopted for optical coherence tomography(OCT) on tissues.The obverse and inverse center of the beam splitter are both coated with reflection reducing coating within a small circle of 1 mm in diameter and the high transmissivity of 990/0 is obtained,whereas the inverse side of the beam splitter outside the small circle is layered by the coating with high reflectivity of 1000/0.Therefore,the incident power launched on the sample is enhanced by a large degree and the intensity of backscattering light is reduced to the least degree.At the same time,two-frame phase shift algorithm with a higher calculating speed is used for restricting mirror image and noise.The result indicates that with the adoption of special coating beam splitter,higher fringe visibility is obtained,imaging speed is improved by 4 times and the available probing depth reaches full range.
