系统经济学研究：经济系统的层级过渡理论

人类社会是从大自然中演化形成的。由此，人类社会和大自然本质上属于一个大系统。经济系统是镶嵌于社会系统的子系统，且在社会系统中“处处稠密”。经济系统的层级结构蕴含了层级过渡。系统化和大量化(统计规律)是经济系统实现层级过渡的两个根本途径。每一个层次的经济系统都有自己特殊的性质和规律。这些性质和规律应当在不同层次系统的过渡过程中演绎生成。为了描述从一个层次到另一个层次的过渡所产生的新的性质和规律，就需要引进新的学术概念。一个新的学术概念相当于一个新的信息通道。高层次系统的行为以低层次系统为载体，高层次系统的任何微小变化都会引起低层次系统的结构性反应。

Systems Economics Research:Hierarchical Transition Theory of Economic Systems

Human society is created in the evolution of the nature. Therefore,the human society and na-ture belong to the same system. The economic system is a subsystem of the human society,is“dense eve-rywhere “ in the society. The hierarchical structure of the economic system implicates hierarchical transi-tions. Systematization and statistics are the two fundamental ways for realizing hierarchical transition of the economic systems. The economic system at every level has its own characteristics and rules, which should be formed in the processes of hierarchical transitions. In order to describe the new formed charac-teristics and rules, some new concepts should be introduced. Every new concept corresponds to a new channel of information. Any tiny change of the economic system at upper level will bring about a structur-al response of the economic system at lower level.
