Stimulated emission in electron-beam-pumped ZnS · Mn

Abstract:	The dependence of emission spectra of ZnS · Mn on the electron beam current density at 78 and 300°K is studied. It is found that stimulated emission resulting from the intra-ion transition in Mn²⁺ arised at the current density $～10^{?4} A cm^{2}$ and that its intensity is weakly temperature-dependent.
