Abstract: | The attractive Hubbard Model is considered in the strong coupling limits (U?t) by treating the hopping integral, t, as a perturbation. A phase diagram emerges with two critical temperatures: itkBitTct2/U and itkBTUU/4. For T<Tc, there is regime of strongly correlated pairs reminescent of superconductivity. For Tc<T<TU, there is a domain of uncorrelated pairs. For T>TU, one has a normal metal. |
