Long-wave optical vibrations of V2O5 |

| Abstract: | The infrared reflection spectra of V2O5 single crystals have been measured in polarized light for E ∥ a, E ∥ b and E ∥ c. By Kramers-Kronig analysis the optical constants and the values of some LO- and TO-mode frequencies were evaluated. Two unknown lattice vibrations have been ascertained. |
