| 摘 要： | 利用激光显微拉曼光谱仪对40例肿瘤患者样品进行检测,分析和探讨了激发光源、组织样品离体时间、样品形态、切片厚度、样品保存条件等因素对样品拉曼光谱的影响,对肿瘤的早期诊断具有重要的参考价值和指导意义。

| Abstract: | Micro-Raman spectrometer was used to detect 40 samples of tumor patients.Several factors which were suspected to affect the Raman spectroscopy were analysed and investigated,including exciting light source,off-body time of tissues,sample shapes,thickness of slice,preserve conditions etc.It also has vital reference value and guidance meaning to early diagnose. |
