Abstract: | Hybrid mechanism is a new type of planar controllable mechanism. Position control accuracy of system determines the output accuracy of the mechanism. In order to achieve the desired high accuracy,nonlinear factors as friction must be accurately compensated in the real-time servo control algorithm.
