| Abstract: | Abstract In this paper，we mainly studied the NIR-FT－SERS spectrum of Ply-L-lysine，one of biological macromolecules. It indicated that the silver col－loid system we adapted was high efficient，and OH~- could further enhance the SERS signals of Ply－L-lysine. |
