固体酸AlCl3/D001催化合成苹果酯的研究

摘    要:以AlCl3/D001催化乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙二醇反应合成苹果酯,反应条件:乙酰乙酸乙酯1.0mol,乙二醇1.6mol,苯150mL,AlCl3.D001 7g,反应时间3h,苹果脂收率82.3%。

Abstract:Fructone was synthesized by reaction of ethyl acetyl acetate and ethyleneglycol using AlCl 3/D001 as a catalyst. The optimum conditions were found out as follows: the ratio of ethyl acetyl acetate to ethyleneglycol to benzene to AlCl 3/D001 was 1.0mol to 1.6mol to 7g for 3h. On these conditions the yield reached 82.3%.
