| 摘 要： | 流量大红利正在逐步消失,运营商亟待借助大数据与AI技术推动数字化转型,抓住国家新基建战略和5G应用泛需求突破新增长点。首先对近年来AI与5G、通信领域的研究成果进行综述,提出运营商大数据与AI推动数字化转型关键事项,然后给出AI能力与应用建设举措。

| Abstract: | The traffic dividend is gradually disappearing,telecom operators need to use big data and AI technology to promote digital transformation,seize the national new infrastructure strategy and 5G application demand,and get the new growth points.Firstly,the research results of AI,5G and communication in recent years are summarized,and the key issues of big data and AI promoting digital transformation of operators are proposed,and then the measures of AI capability and application construction are given. |
