芜湖市地表灰尘的理化性质及对病毒吸附的影响

摘    要:对芜湖市地表灰尘的理化性质进行了分析,包括粒径、有机质、氮、磷、pH值、阳离子交换量分别进行了分析;发现pH平均值为9.88,呈强碱性,其它性质均处于一般水平。通过粒径、pH值、有机质、阳离子交换量等理化性质对病毒的影响进行了初步探讨。结果表明,粒径水平、阳离子交换量有利于病毒吸附,pH不利于病毒吸附。做了简要的暴露风险评估,评估值为18133(EU),具有比较大的风险。

Abstract:The physical and chemical properties of surface dust of Wuhu city, including particle size, organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, pH, cationic variation, were analyzed. The results showed that average value of pH is 9.88, showing strong alkali. Other properties are in general level. The influence of virus adsorption is analyzed mainly through particle size, organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, pH, cationic variation. It concludes particle size, cationic variation are benefit for virus adsorption, pH is make against virus adsorption. Finally, a brief exposure risk assessment for dust was estimated with the value of 18 133 EU, which have larger risk for people.
