双缺位杂多化合物催化环己烯环氧化研究

摘    要:制备了一种双缺位型杂多化合物(C_4H_9)4N]_4γ-SiW_(10)O_(34)(H_2O)_2],并应用于催化环己烯环氧化反应。研究了反应温度、反应时间、反应物料比和催化剂用量对反应结果的影响,确定了最佳的反应工艺条件。并通过对反应体系进行减压蒸馏研究了催化剂的回收。

Abstract:A divacant lacunary heteropoly compound (C_4H_9)_4N]_4γ-SiW_(10)O_(34)(H_2O)_2] is prepared and studied in the epoxidation of cyclohexene. The influences of reaction temperature, reaction time, material ratios and the amount of catalyst on the reaction are studied and the optimal reaction conditions are obtained. It is found that the catalyst can be recycled by distillation under reduced pressure after reaction.
