基于AMESim的液压制动集能系统的建模与仿真

摘    要:以某公共汽车为研究对象,利用ANESim软件,建立了分别对制动集能过程、起步放能过程和制动集能的并联式液压制动集能系统模型,并对其影响参数进行了仿真研究.得出蓄能器的预充压力和液压泵排量对制动性能的影响比较相似,蓄能器容积对制动性能影响较小的结论,为蓄能器的设计和选用提供依据.

Abstract:Taking a bus as research object,using the AMKSim software,we establish the regenerative brak- ing system model individually for collecting energy process, releasing energy process and braking energy process. The simulation study of their impact parameters is done. We conclude that the gas precharge pres- sure of accumulator and the displacement of hydraulic pump have similar influence on braking performance while the accumulator volume has less impact, which provides the reference for the design and selection of accumulator.
