特大城市副中心区域城市土地利用综合效益演化研究--以重庆市江北区为例

摘    要:按照信息熵理论构建了城市土地利用综合效益的评价模型,并以重庆市江北区1996年至2002年的数据为基础求出各时段的城市土地利用协调度、制约度及提升强度,以此构建固定资产投资对城市土地利用综合效益演化提升绩效的评估模型,分析城市土地利用综合效益的变化规律及原因.

Abstract:This paper designs the evaluation model of urban land use multiple efficiency based on the theory of information entropy. It evaluates the land use harmonious degree, restrictive degree and land use multiple efficiency upgrade intensity of Jiangbei District from 1996 to 2002 based on the statistic data. It uses the regression analysis method to estimate the relationship between urban land uses multiple efficiency and investment in fixed assets and provides the model which expresses the driving performance on the investment in fixed assets. It uses the model to analyse the urban land use multiple efficiency in various period of time and the deep-seated causation.
