| Abstract: | Position sensitive detectors have been used extensively.The operation theory of such devices,its formulation of output signal position,and eight kinds of position sensitive devices with various geometric structures are introduced.And such parameters as their geometric diagram,equivalent circuit,position linearity and resolution are reviewed as well as existing shortages,and performance comparison with various geometric structure devices. |
