Raman Spectra of TCNQ/C 60 and MB PPV/C 60 Combination Films |

| Abstract: | Abstract In the Raman spectra of the TCNQ/C 60 , MB PPV/C 60 combination films fabricated by physical jet deposition technique, there is a big change of the intensity of the C 60 Raman peak from multilayer film to mixed film. In the mixed film, the decrease of the intensity or even the disappearing of C 60 Raman peak related to the small efficient thickness and the small scattering cross section of the radicals, the Raman peak of TCNQ anion at 1198 - in the combination was observed which shows the occurring of the charge transfer process in the combination films. |
