| Abstract: | Polarized Raman scattering spectra have been measured in single crystal 7Li2SeO4 and 6Li2SeO4. Based on these data, symmetry-based band assignments are proposed for the ν2, ν4 and lithium mode regions. Vibrational coupling interactions are noted between the ν2, ν4 and the lithium translatory modes. |
