Abstract:	Symmetrical macroheterocyclic compounds are synthesized by the reaction of 1H-phenalene-1,3(2H)-diimine with m-phenylenediamine, 2,6-diaminopyridine, and 2,5-diamino-1,3,4-thiadiazole.
