HK40转化炉管螺旋状裂纹分析

摘    要:本文指出运行中的HK40转化炉管出现罕见的螺旋状穿透裂纹破坏的根本原因 是由于离心烧注钢液温度过低.造成钢中存在着大量螺旋状分布的夹杂物所引起的;并用近代金相技术分析证实了此类夹杂物是纲在熔炼时的产物:一是硅酸盐类,二是 铬的氧化物及铁铬复合氧化物。

Abstract:The present paper points out that the damage of the penetrating screw cracks which seldom occur in reformer tube of HK40 alloy in service is basically caused by a large amount of inclusions which distribute like screws induced by lower temperature of liquid steel under centrifugal casting. By modern metallographic techniques, it is analysed and verified that inclusions are produced during melting. They are: silicate, oxide of chrome(Cr) and combined oxide of chrome(Cr) and iron(Fe).
