摘    要:近年来用有机硅改性苯丙乳液的研究已做了大量的工作[1-6]。但这些有机硅的来源仍然是从石英砂的高温碳热还原法制备的,这种方法高能耗、污染大,所以寻找低温制备有机硅单体一直以来受到科学家们的关注[7]。本文直接从二氧化硅出发,制备出新型含双键的乙烯基四配位硅单体[8],用于苯丙乳液的改性。1实验部分1.1试剂与仪器烷基乙烯基磺酸钠(DNS86,工业品)乙烯基四配位硅单体(自制)[8],结构式为:其余试剂均为分析纯。NETZSCH TG 209热重分析仪,空气下以20℃/m in的升温速度测试样品的热失重;美国PEDSC-2C差示扫描量热仪测样品的玻璃化…

Abstract:The styrene-acrylic(St-BA-MAA/SDS-DNS86/H_2O)emulsion modified by the ethyl-tetra-coordinated silicon was prepared,using water as the solvent,the laurel sodium sulfate and alkyl ethyl sulfuric acid sodium(SDS-DNS86) as the emulsifiers potassium per-sulfate(KPS) for the initiator and adding the initiator minute steps for free radical polymerization.The thermal properties analyzed by TG and the glass transition temperature determined by DSC were researched to the styrene-acrylic emulsion and emulsions modified by ethyl-tetra-coordinated silicon.The results indicated that the thermal properties of the modified membrane increas and the glass transition temperature of the modified membrane decreases and adhesion force of the modified membrane enhances.
