贵州省本科医学院校大学生体育生活方式的研究

采用文献资料、问卷调查、逻辑分析等方法,对贵州省3所本科医学院校大学生的体育意识、体育态度及影响体育健身的主客观因素进行调查与研究。结果表明:男女大学生在体育意识和体育态度方面具有显著性差异;近70%大学生的直接性体育行为与其体育意识不吻合;影响女大学生体育健身的主要因素是惰性大、依赖性强,而男生则是缺乏体育组织。并针对研究结果,提出营造浓厚校园体育文化氛围、加强校园体育文化建设、完善高校体育课程评价机制等建议。

The study of Guizhou medical undergraduate students sports lifestyle

By using research methods,such as: the Literature,questionnaire,interview,logical analysis and so on,I study on the sports awareness and sports attitude of three medical undergraduate students' in Guizhou,and the subjective and objective factors that affect their fitness.After the further study,it indicates that there are great differences between male and female students about their opinion of the sports awareness and sports attitude.It also shows that nearly seventy percent of students know that sports is the most direct and necessary means to improve the physical quality,but their direct sports behavior is not stable.The girls have a strong inertia and dependence for sports fitness,but the boys think that they lack of sports organizations.Thus,the suggestion is that: it is imperative to create a strong campus sports culture,create a good atmosphere of PE education and to improve the PE curriculum evaluation mechanism.
